Transfer to Etihad Guest with 20% Bonus
Etihad Guest is one of the most versatile airline loyalty programs. You can choose to redeem miles on Etihad or one of its several airline partners. Further, now Etihad allows you to bid using miles for an upgrade.

Apart from the airline partners, Etihad also has a number of hotel and other partners. Till April 30, 2019, Etihad is running a promotion where you could get 20% bonus Etihad Guest Miles on transfer.
So far in 2019, I have made good use of Etihad Guest miles. The first one was an economy round-trip ticket from Dubai to Muscat for 6,000 miles (retail price: $250). The second one was a one-way business ticket on Jet Airways from Mumbai to Dubai for 21,000 miles (retail price: $550).

Bottomline
Obviously, there are no arbitrage opportunities here. Transfer from one program to the other is almost never beneficial. The only scenario where it makes sense is when you are short by a few points for your planned redemption. A 20% bonus may help to achieve that for less.
