The offer terms are as straightforward as you can get. You need to register for Emirates Holidays weekly newsletter before June 13, 2019. You will automatically be enrolled into a draw to win a holiday. The first prize is 3 nights at the Constance Belle Mare Plage in Mauritius with breakfast and return flights included.

The prize is valid until March 31, 2020 (accidentally mentioned as 2019 on the website). Your bookings need to be made by August 31, 2019.

Although, it is not explicitly mentioned, I believe this should be applicable for two people (i.e. one additional guest).
