Sofitel Deal – Get Your Room Rate Back as Dining Credits

Sofitel Dubai Downtown is one of the best located hotels in Dubai. It is right next to the Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall metro station. Further, it is also at very short distance to a lot of tourist attractions including Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, City Walk etc. And the hotel offers shuttle bus service to Kite Beach, La Mer Beach, The Mall of the Emirates and other destinations.

The luxury property is celebrating five years and has a very interesting offer for those who will stay till end of September.

Sofitel Offer Details

Guests staying at Sofitel Downtown till September 30, 2019 will get 100% dining credits for the cost of their rooms. Note that this covers base fare only and taxes are excluded. The other criteria is that room rates have to exceed AED 500 ($135).

There are no minimum nights requirement. However, you will not be earning Le Club points on this stay. Also, you cannot make this booking online. You can either fill up a form, call or e-mail.

These are the restaurants and bars included in the promotion – Les Cuisines, La Patisserie, Mosaic Pool and Lounge, Above Rooftop Lounge and Club Millésime. For those who like to stay indoors, room service is included as well.

It seems that Wakame – one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in the city – is excluded from the promotion.

Final Thoughts

If you are travelling to Dubai, this deal makes a lot of sense. Sure, you maybe confined to eating a couple of meals at the hotel. But you are effectively getting about 80% value (remaining is taxes) back on your paid stay.
