This doesn’t appear to be the targeted offer. However, if you have not received it, I would suggest give the bank a call. I got a minimum spend of AED 63,000 ($ 17,000).
iPhone XR retails at ~AED 3,150 in UAE, so this is a straight 5% cash back. Assuming, of course, you were looking at buying one!

My View
Registering for the offer is a no-brainer given it is free. If you have upcoming spend coming up – travel during holidays, school fee for your kids etc., this offer makes a lot of sense. Please check if directing your expenses to the SC card over the next 6 months will help you reach the milestone. However, remember not to go beyond your means to spend.
A 5% effective cash-back is a fairly generous offer. In addition, you will receive standard reward points with your credit card.
iPhone XR has received largely positive reviews. CNET has even called it the best iPhone value in years.
